A group of Burnham-On-Sea artists are gearing up for Somerset Art Weeks by finalising their colourful display.
Clive and Sue HammondLovatt, Margaret Micklewright and Cora Stock will be showing their latest work at 112 Berrow Road when the arts festival runs between 3rd-18th October from 10am5pm daily.
Their display will be one of several in the Burnham area, with more details online on the Somerset Art Works website, and featured in a free brochure available from Burnham Tourist Information centre.
On display will be willow and driftwood sculpture, painting, prints, etchings, ceramics and cards – and more.
“Just to whet your appetite, since last year, Margaret has been painting in Cornwall, Cora has been making ceramic poppy bowls amd mandala plates, and Sue has started painting her large work onto screens,” said Sue. “Come along and talk to us about our work, there is no charge for looking!”
