Large numbers of art enthusiasts attended an arts and craft fair in Burnham-On-Sea over the weekend.
Somerset Art Group held its first ‘Affordable Arts and Craft Fair’ on Saturday (September 24th) and Sunday (September 25th) at Burnham’s BAY Centre in Cassis Close.
Organiser Adeena Thomas told Burnham-On-Sea.com the event had been well attended: “A big thanks to everyone who came out and supported us, even in the pouring rain! The whole weekend was a great success and we sold many paintings.”
“The BAY Centre is a wonderful venue and the team there could not have been more helpful. We also raised money for the roof repair fund through the raffle.”
