Burnham-On-Sea police have arrested a man following an incident in the town on Monday evening (October 6th).
Officers were called to St Christopher’s Way shortly before 8.30pm.
Police spokesman Craig Evry confirmed to Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We were called at 8.28pm by a member of public concerned for a man’s welfare.”
“Officers attended the scene and a 44 year-old man was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to a communal area of a property.”
The man remains in custody while the investigation into the incident continues.
