A family fitness session is set to be held at Highbridge’s Apex Park today (Tuesday October 30th).
The event takes place between 2pm and 3pm by the Apex Park childrens play area.
It is free to attend, but families are encouraged to register first via here.
Somerset Active Sports Partnership, the organisers, have been working Somerset-wide to encourage people back into fitness.
A spokesman said: “This session provides fun and games with activities to get the whole family moving together. All led by a fully qualified instructor. Get Fit as a family!”
“The whole family can be involved and get active together. The sessions are varied and will include fun active games, suitable exercises for all and even some exercise challenges. It is a great way to spend time together outside and be active as a family.”
