Crime and regeneration will be the two main discussion points at Burnham-On-Sea and Highbridge’s 33rd annual town meeting in April.
The meeting, to be held on Wednesday April 11th, will be held in the town council’s Jaycroft Road chambers from 7pm and will be open to the public.
Inspector Dale Baker from Burnham police station (pictured) will give a report on the latest crime statistics and will also be answering questions.
Also, Sedgemoor’s crime prevention officer, Lucy Willmott, will explain how the district council is working with police to fight crime.
This will be followed by Mike Murphy, Chairman of the Regeneration Partnership, giving a full update on the latest news regarding Burnham’s bid for regeneration cash.
Town Mayor Eric Gill will give his annual round-up of the year, followed by presentations from other key town councillors.
