A Burnham-On-Sea children’s author has unveiled a new book that’s sure to be a hit with young readers.
Ann Poole has launched Field Friends, which features fun tales about countryside animals.
“Aimed at 3-9 year-olds, the book contains short stories about animals that you might see on a summer’s day walk,” Ann told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“It also contains colourful illustrations to help children recognise what they see and encourage them to appreciate the countryside.”
She first started planning her childrens books over 20 years ago when her grandson Jack was a young boy.
Ann has a book signing and reading session planned at Design A Ted in Burnham-On-Sea High Street during the next half term, on Saturday 26th May.
