A colourful exhibition of paintings by a local artist is being held in Burnham-On-Sea this weekend.
Alan Ward is holding his annual autumn display in Burnham’s Community Centre in Berrow Road on Saturday October 14th and Sunday 15th.
“I have around 80 paintings on show, from local scenes to railway trains and landscapes across the world,” Alan told Burnham-On-Sea.com at Friday’s opening.
Since Alan has a strong interest in the Somerset and Dorset Railway there are also many paintings of local stations and trains among the scenes on show.
There were also local paintings of Highridge Wharf, Burnham-On-Sea beach and Burnham High Street.
