Air ambulance touches down in Highbridge’s Apex Park to help patient

An air ambulance flew into Highbridge on Tuesday (July 23rd) to help a patient during a medical emergency.

The yellow Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance landed on the fields at Apex Park at 10.15am.

Paramedics onboard assisted a land ambulance crew with a patient nearby.

The team then returned to the aircraft at around before the helicopter lifted off and it returned to its base.
