An air ambulance landed in Highbridge on Monday (April 7th) to help a patient during a medical emergency.
The Great Western Air Ambulance touched down on Monday afternoon with three medical specialists onboard.
A spokesperson for Great Western Air Ambulance Charity confirms: “Our crew were tasked to an incident in Highbridge at 2.06pm.”
“They responded by helicopter with a Critical Care Doctor, an Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Critical Care and a Specialist Paramedic onboard.”
“They treated a patient on scene, before escorting them to hospital in a road ambulance for further treatment.”
