One person was taken to hospital following an accident on the outskirts of Highbridge on Christmas Eve (Thursday, December 24th).
Police were called to a two car collision on the A38 at 8pm, as pictured, near the entrance to the Lakeside housing development.
A BMW was in collision with another vehicle and a lamp post, sending debris across the road.
A Burnham-On-Sea ambulance crew attended the scene and one casualty was taken to hospital for treatment.
Police told Burnham-On-Sea.com the road was partially closed to traffic while emergency services were at the scene.
