A two-car collison in the centre of Highbridge brought the town to a standstill on Thursday afternoon (May 24th).
Police, ambulance and fire crews were called to Huntspill Road at 3.15pm, as pictured here, after the collision.
The busy route was temporarily closed while emergency services were at the scene with police diverting traffic around the incident.
A fire spokeswoman told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “One person suffered what were understood to be minor injuries and was treated at the scene.”
