A motorcyclist was taken to hospital after an accident in the centre of Highbridge on Friday evening (October 22nd).
Police and ambulance crews rushed to the busy A38 roundabout at the junction of Church Street and Market Street at 8.30pm following the collision with a passing car.
“A man on a high-powered bike came off his machine after being involved in an accident with a car,” an eyewitness told Burnham-On-Sea.com at the scene.
Police temporarily sealed off access onto Market Street for over 40 minutes while emergency services were at the scene, as pictured.
