A busy route between Burnham-On-Sea and Weston was closed this afternoon (Friday) following a two-vehicle crash.
Two cars collided on the A370 at Lympsham at 3.30pm, closing the road while emergency services were at the scene.
Police, ambulance and fire crews were called to help one person who was in one of the cars.
Police spokesman Wayne Baker told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We were called to reports of a two car collision on the A370 Bridgwater Road at Lympsham at about 3.30pm.”
“A man in one of the cars was complaining about neck and shin pain.” The person was driven home by a PCSO.
