High winds created perfect conditions for kite surfing enthusiasts in Burnham-On-Sea and Brean on Sunday (December 8th).
The Met Ofice issued a yellow warning as Storm Atiyah swept through the area, bringing strong gusts of over 70mph.
These kite surfers took full advantage of the conditions to soar into the air.
The storm also brought occasional heavy rain, rumbles of thunder and lightning.
Several trees were brought down and a power line came down across Warren Road in Brean.
