A motorist who was caught speeding at more than 100mph on the M5 at Burnham-On-Sea has been charged by magistrates.
The motorist appeared at Taunton Magistrates’ Court on April 12th, charged with exceeding the motorway speed limit of 70mph.
Izabela Bartoszek-Sienkiewcz, 41, of Snowberry Close, in North Petherton, was caught driving at 104mph near the M5 junction 22 for Burnham-On-Sea on October 11th, 2018.
She has pleaded guilty to the charge and was disqualified from driving for 28 days.
She has also been ordered to pay a £500 fine, costs of £85 and a £50 victim surcharge.
