Burnham-On-Sea saw its warmest-ever February daytime temperatures on Monday (February 25th) as the unseasonal conditions continue.
Thermometers in Burnham topped 16.7°C at 3.40pm after falling to an overnight low of -1.9°C at 7.07am.
It comes as the UK experienced its warmest February day on record, with the Met Office reporting a temperature of 20.6°C at Trawsgoed, Ceredigion in Wales. It is the first time a temperature of over 20°C has been recorded in winter.
The Met Office Burnham-On-Sea weather forecast predicts we will see more mild weather on Tuesday and Wednesday, with lengthy spells of sunshine.
