Burnham-On-Sea’s award-winning Pantomime Society is making final preparations to perform its 50th annual show, the classic Cinderella.
The landmark show will open at Burnham-On-Sea’s Princess Theatre on Saturday 19th January and run until Saturday 26th January.
The society’s Gavin Holman told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Nothing can stand in the way of true love – especially if you have a fairy godmother on your side! Which is why our heroine, Cinderella, manages to go from domestic drudge to pampered Princess with just the wave of a magic wand.”
“So come along to boo the ugly stepsisters and cheer the Cinderella and Buttons while enjoying a traditional family pantomime. Find out whether Cinders gets to the ball and dances with Prince Charming and if love wins the day.”
Katie Shephard takes on the title role as Cinderella, while Buttons is played by Greg Fear, Dolce is Rob Manlow, Gabanna is Chris Bissell, Baroness Hardup is Emma Twigg, Prince Charming is Shannon Baxter.
Dandini is played by Louisa Arthur, Quickquid is Georgia Twigg, Wonga is Lorna Davey, the Fairy Godmother is Valerie Holmes, the King is Alastair Murray, the Queen is Lynsey Bissell, and Chambers is Angelina Mitchell. Burnham-On-Sea.com
