Hours: 4 hours per day, 5 mornings per week
About Us:
The Study Buddy is a leading provider of GCSE and A Level revision support tools.
We are a small start-up company based in Burnham on Sea. Our mission is to help
students to achieve their full potential through great time-management. We produce
a range of tools to help students visualise their workload and organise their time
more effectively.
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable individual to join our team. The
successful candidate will play a crucial role in producing our award-winning revision
tools. Duties also include compiling and producing Study Buddy sets. Crucially you
will also provide outstanding customer support to the parents who buy our tools. You
must be conscientious and able to work independently. Immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
– Production and packing of our revision resources.
– Ensure the accuracy and consistency of all content produced.
– Data entry to manage orders.
– Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
– Identify and address customer needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (training provided in specific tools).
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– A passion for helping people succeed.
Benefits:
– £12/hr – Monday to Friday, Mornings.
