Burnbridge Services & Watchfield Technical Services Ltd are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance for our customers’ equipment. If you have a strong technical background and enjoy problem-solving in a customer-facing role, we would love to hear from you.

We are also looking for engineers to join our team of Sewage Treatment Plant installation engineers on various sites across the southwest and worldwide when required.

Duties:- Conduct on-site installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment- Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product design- Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures- Maintain accurate records of service visits and reports- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. Willing to work in all weather conditions and in challenging conditions so the position can be challenging during the winter and raining seasons.

Requirements:- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems- Excellent troubleshooting skills- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Good communication and interpersonal abilities- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required- Full UK driving licence
