Highbridge Health Walks meet for 10:30 start at the Purplespoon cafe, YMCA, Highbridge, for the usual flat fully accessible walk along the river and through Apex Park, approximately 50-60 mins leisurely pace returning to the PurpleSpoon and optional coffee etc ( at walkers expense) new walkers welcome, well behaved dogs on leads, pushchairs ……….

A friendly specialist fitness class for older adults to improve your overall fitness.
Our exercises will improve your joint, bone and muscle strength, flexibility,
balance, posture and coordination. This is a low impact class which is easier on
the joints. There is no jumping or floor work on mats.
Classes are held at Burnham Baptist Church on Thursdays at 9 am and 11 am.
