A friendly specialist fitness class for older adults to improve your overall fitness.
Our exercises will improve your joint, bone and muscle strength, flexibility,
balance, posture and coordination. This is a low impact class which is easier on
the joints. There is no jumping or floor work on mats.
Classes are held at Burnham Baptist Church on Thursdays at 9 am and 11 am.

Come and play (but get there early for a slot) or just come and enjoy the musical talent.

7am - An hour of prayer and reflection in our prayer room to set you up for the
weekend.

All ages will receive a friendly welcome and free tea and coffee.
Join us from 1100 until 1.15pm for a three course lunch consisting of home-made soup and bread, main course dish of the day and a choice of 2 desserts, followed by a raffle. Vegetarians can be catered for if requested in advance.
The first course is served at 12 noon, come along, and enjoy good food and meet new friends.
Booking is advisable one week in advance.
