L&F Education has 14 years of industry experience in providing vocational qualification delivery. With staff that have over 35 years of experience, we ensure our personnel are expertly skilled and qualified for their job
We focus on 1-to-1 provisions and small group provisions in all behaviour support programmes. Prevention at an early stage effectively reduces future behaviour difficulties.

L&F Education Support Services are based in Highbridge, Somerset and they provide a variety of vocational qualifications, motivational and dedicated support, 1:1 student sessions and support for Schools to help with student’s educational needs.
Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) Support
The purpose and aim of Behaviour and Support Programmes is to successfully integrate a student back into mainstream education. Our expert support staff can provide support in school, alongside a package of interventions and activities at a local L&F centre.
​We can offer targeted behaviour intervention support to young people. The provision is flexible to best suit the needs of the young person and the provider. The package can provide, one-to-one mentoring support, Maths and English additional learning,Vocational courses and employment skills, in class support, Social and emotional mental health programmes, Developing communication skills and much more.
This provision can be provided in school, as an alternative mentoring service and in a local L&F centre. The majority of young people access this support as a part of their education provision and it works alongside school on a part time basis.
School Services
L&F Education Support Services offer a wide range of academic and support services for schools. These services allow schools to provide essential programmes that better support the learning and their young people. L&F are committed to the wellbeing and positive futures for all young people and have developed all their services with this at the forefront of their ethos.
​As part of L&F range of services the specialist tutoring and education coaching allows school to access additional teaching and learning.
Schools and education providers can access these tutoring services on site as and additional learning tool to support their organisation. We have a range of staff who are qualified and DBS checked who can offer flexible and immediate services to suit all needs. ​

L & F qualified learning specialists provide education for those students who need support outside of their normal curriculum and for all students needing to increase their ability in a subject area. These lessons can also be additional to the school day running during and after school providing the expert help that students need.
Alternative Provision
L&F alternative education provision provides an alternative to school programme that engages with young people and gives them the skills, qualifications, and Post 16 pathway to enable them to be successful in the transition to the next part of their lives. This provision is created with the ideology that young people need a range of skills to be successful in transitioning and if education has not been successful, we have the responsibility to provide this in a way that can be managed. L&F provision is bespoke to the young person’s needs, situation and needs for the future.
​We can provide: Mathematics and English Functional Skills at Level 2,Employability qualifications and work ready skills, Work experience, Independent living skills, Mentoring and skills coaching, Positive communication and Positive mental health

​Our behaviour and intervention staff have a wide range of experience in working with young people who need support and understanding. Relationship building is central to our re-engagement and SEMH work. All our staff are highly trained and DBS checked.
​Increasingly it is found that behaviour and intervention services for younger students is lacking, with the focus being on Year 10 and Year 11. L&F KS3 provision is designed to work with young people whose behaviour is showing signs of disengagement and disrespect. By working with young people in the earlier stages we can find effective ways of preventing future difficulties and exclusions. This provision provides the same range of interventions but is tailored to a slightly younger outlook and set of needs.
