Daniel Fear Architectural Design and Management services will guide you through both the planning and building process. It is our aim to offer you the guidance and advice that you require from the project’s inception to its completion.
Having worked in the architectural and construction industry since 1997 in private practice, health and the house building sector has given us a working knowledge of all aspects of the industry with a focus on good design, value, budget, materials and energy saving measures.

Daniel Fear Architectural Design and Management is based in Berrow near Burnham On Sea, Somerset. Our work portfolio covers everything from local small building projects to larger commercial and residential projects across the hole of the South West.
We are fully qualified and insured and will liaise with the planning department and Building Control within the local authority and with 3rd party engineers and contractors. We also use fully licenced CAD software.
We offer a friendly and competitive service and we can help you with your building project from start to finish.
Planning
We work with our client to develop a brief of their building requirements and where necessary we liaise with the local authority to understand what their requirements are on a given Planning Application. We aim to work with the local authority rather than against them.
Building Control
A specification and a set of drawings are produced in order for the proposed works to be carried out. This information includes details of materials which are to be used and how they should be installed. Building Regulations cover all the technical and construction details.
Construction
Continuing on from the Building Regulations drawings and specification we can work alongside the contractor to ensure any materials changed from those specified can meet the requirements to satisfy building control. We also aim to work with the contractor to answer any queries and resolve any design details that inevitably arise during construction.
