Love him or loathe him, the Crazy Frog drew crowds of people to Brean Leisure Park on Thursday (June 1st) when he helped launch the park’s summer season.
Dressed in his trademark helmet and goggles, the character entertained visitors by wandering through the park with his irritating-yet-compelling ringtone playing in the background.
The publicity event was organised to mark the start of the summer season at Brean Leisure Park. As reported by Burnham-On-Sea.com in May, the owners of the park have spent more than £1.2million pounds on new rides for the 2006 summer season.
This summer there are more than 30 rides and attractions, including roundabouts, waltzers, dodgems and roller coasters. They include the ‘XTreme’ – a 130ft ride – and the Shock Wave roller coaster, which is the largest roller coaster in the South West.
Entry to the fun park entry is free, and wristbands give unlimited use on all rides (excluding Go-Karts and Laser Quest) for £17.99. Visitors can purchase tokens and pay as they go. Car Parking is £2.
