Staff and pupils at a Highbridge school are preparing to hold a summer fun day today (Saturday).
Churchfield PTFA is hosting the event in the grounds of Churchfield School on Saturday 6th July from 11am-3pm.
“We’re inviting visitors to come and test their strength on an old fashioned striker or enjoy traditional sweets, craft stalls, and a fantastic chair-o-plane for the little ones,” said a spokesman. “Other attractions include bouncy castles, tombola, hook-a-duck and more.”
Members of the Lucy Gunter Dance Centre will also be performing a dance routine at 1pm.
Everyone will be welcome (children must be accompanied by an adult) and all proceeds will be used to benefit the children and the Churchfield campus.
