Colourful blooms are on display at a Highbridge church when it holds a fundraising flower festival this weekend.
St John’s Church is holding the three-day festival to raise money for refurbishment work.
The festival began on Friday (July 5th) and continues on Saturday and Sunday, opening from 10am-4pm each day.
Churchwarden Ian Chedzey, pictured, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Many local organisations and individuals have arranged colourful floral displays which will be on display inside the church.”
He added: “We need to raise money towards refurbishment of the church – with works needed to the guttering, windows and doors.”
The festival will end with a special ‘songs of praise’ church service on Sunday evening at 5pm.
