A vacant shop in the centre of Burnham-On-Sea’s town centre is to be transformed into a florist.
Julie Dean, who runs Flowers and Things in Victoria Street, is moving her business into the High Street unit previously occupied by DP Menswear, which closed last month.
“I’ve been considering a move into a larger, more prominent town centre location for some time so when the lease for this shop came up, I was keen to take it on,” she told Burnham-On-Sea.com this week.
Julie, who has been a florist in Burnham for 15 years, added that the new-look shop is scheduled to open on July 27th.
