Burnham-On-Sea firefighters were called to deal with flooding at a property in the town this afternoon (Monday).
The Fire Service received a call to Westfield Close, Burnham at 12.52pm after water was reported to be coming into the property, affecting the electrics.
“One fire appliance from Burnham attended the incident and, on their arrival, crews confirmed the electrics had been isolated and that the water was coming from a boiler,” a spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
Meanwhile, Burnham firefighters were also called out on Sunday lunchtime to help ambulance staff gain access to a patient just before 12.45pm.
They helped to remove a bathroom door at a property in Talbot Close, Highbridge to allow paramedics to reach a person who had collapsed.
