Highbridge town centre played host to an afternoon of live outdoor music on Sunday (August 4th).
Folk On The Green was held in a marquee set up next to Highbridge Community Hall in Market Street and, despite poor weather, residents still attended in large numbers.
Local musician Nicky Swann returned by popular request and was well supported by local blues specialists Nick and Chris Elswood, Dave ‘Busker’ Harris and multi-instrumentalist Sam Patten.
Organiser Mike Murphy from CADS, the Burnham and Highbridge Cultural Arts and Development Society, said: “We had a steady flow of visitors throughout the afternoon, who enjoyed some quality music in the open air.”
