Burnham-On-Sea firefighters were called to tackle a car on fire in Brent Knoll on Friday evening (September 13th).
One fire engine from Burnham was sent to the Bristol Road in Brent Knoll at just before 5.30pm following reports the vehicle was alight.
“The fire service had received a call reporting a car on fire and crews confirmed it was issuing smoke,” said a spokesman.
“The vehicle was extinguished by fire crews using one hose reel jet. There was a small amount of fire and heat damage. The cause was believed to be accidental.”
