More than 30 people took part in a unique dancing event called ‘Strictly In A Day’ ay Burnham-On-Sea’s Princess Theatre last weekend.
Saturday’s event, hailed as a ‘festival of social dancing’, saw classes in American Smooth, Argentine Tango, Salsa, Slow Waltz, Bachata, Jive and even Pole Dancing.
“The day was great fun and was led by Malcolm Stratford, who teaches dancing at The Ritz. It was a great opportunity to try many different dance styles during the course of a day,” the theatre’s Sam Nicol told Burnham-On-Sea.com. “We hope to make it a regular event.”
