Dozens of local toy makers gathered in Burnham-On-Sea on Saturday (November 9th) when the town’s first ever toy model show was held.
Trains, planes, buses, fairground scenes and dolls houses were among the items on display in St Andrew’s Church Hall.
“We were pleased with the amount of interest. There was a steady flow of visitors throughout the day and the take-up was better than we expected for the first event,” organiser George Steele, pictured right with his wife Doreen, told Burnham-On-Sea.com. “We definitely expect to hold another event next year.”
