An insurance company is set to close its branch in Burnham-On-Sea this week as part of a rationalisation move.
Swinton Insurance, based in Burnham’s Princess Street, is closing its office and moving into the firm’s bigger Weston branch.
A spokesman said there were not expected to be any job losses and that policies would not be affected.
“The Burnham branch is very busy with very little room, so we are moving into a bigger premises to cover the whole area.”
