Burnham-On-Sea police have arrested a man following a drugs raid in Lympsham on Friday (May 13th) when 80 suspected cannabis plants were seized.
When the search warrant was executed, officers found a cannabis cultivation set-up and a large quantity of suspected cannabis.
Sgt Ian Kennett from Burnham Police told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “A 45 year-old man has been arrested and is on police bail pending forensic analysis of the drugs seized.”
“This was a significant set up with evidence of over 80 cannabis plants having been grown.”
Burnham-On-Sea.com also reported last week how a man in Highbridge had been held by police following a drugs raid in Market Street.
