Tessa Munt has been re-selected as the Liberal Democrats’ parliamentary candidate for next year’s general election.
At a crowded meeting in Wells Town Hall on Friday evening (31st January), Burnham-On-Sea’s MP was re-selected by Wells Liberal Democrats to be their candidate at the 2015 General Election.
Meanwhile, Sarah Yong, who was a key member of Tessa Munt’s general election campaign team in 2010 has been selected as the Frome and Somerton Liberal Democrats candidate to stand in next year’s General Election. It comes after MP David Heath announced last year he would be standing down from his seat.
