Burnham-On-Sea will be hosting a Cider Festival this weekend with three days of live music and local brews on offer.
The festival takes place from Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd October at The Ritz Social Club in Victoria Street – coinciding with Saturday’s Burnham Food Festival.
The Burnham Cider Festival will feature a wide range of mainly local ciders, including such gems as Westcroft’s Janets Jungle Juice, Mill Whites’ Rum Cask and Weston’s Old Rosie.
“As well as appealing to local Cider fans, the 2016 CiderFest will attract Cider devotees to the town from a wide area and is complimented on the Saturday by the Burnham Food Festival,” said co-organiser David Roseff.
“The Ritz Showbar will be the hub of the festival although visitors are welcome to use all of the Ritz bars and there will be some great live music on stage all though the weekend. The Barry Walsh band headline the Friday night stage and Six Machine headline the Saturday Night. Sunday afternoon features some brilliant local musicians.”
Admission is free all weekend and everyone is welcome.
