A new bridal clothing shop has opened its doors for the first time in Burnham-On-Sea town centre this week.
Sarah’s Bridal Wardrobe, run by Sarah Hackett, has opened at 1 College Court in Burnham’s College Street.
“Having got married myself in 2013, I realised how expensive a wedding can be and one thing in particular struck me as very expensive – the dress!” she said.
“You wear it for one day, it is hard to recycle and it is proportionately one of the most costly items.”
“I decided that I wanted to offer a special, personalised service with more affordable dresses so even those of us on a smaller budget can have a dream dress,” she added.
The new shop – which also sells special occasion outfits – has opening hours of Tuesday-Friday 10am-4pm and Saturday 9am-1pm with appointments available outside these times on 01278 238030.
