Plans to build almost 20 new homes in Burnham-On-Sea have been unveiled by property developers this week.
Redcliffe Homes wants to construct thirteen dwellings with garages, parking and associated works on land at 181 Berrow Road, besides the junction to Naish Road shown on the right.
And a seperate application has been logged to build five new homes on land at 13 Rectory Road, besides Southleigh Kindergarten. The application includes proposals for new parking and access.
Sedgemoor District Council’s planners are due to review both applications over the next few weeks to decide whether they get approval.
