An exhibition of paintings by popular Burnham-On-Sea artist Judith Champion has opened in the town this week.
The colourful display, called ‘Bodies’, is open until June 14th at Sea Breeze Gallery in Victoria Street.
Judith, pictured with some of her artwork, said: “I am fascinated by the human form and have tried to express this in my passion for drawing and painting.”
“Careful study from life models, and a re-examination, re-interpretation and expression of those ideas all add to the layers of images and ‘what lies beneath’ to give an impression of the human form in my art.”
The exhibition is open to the public on weekdays from 10am-5.30pm (Wednesdays 10-2.30pm) and on Saturdays from 10am-3pm. Entry is free.
