A new initiative is being launched today (Friday) to encourage shoppers to support Burnham-On-Sea’s town centre shops and businesses.
Burnham-On-Sea Chamber of Trade has launched a leaflet full of offers to coincide with Black Friday and the upcoming Small Business Saturday, which is a grassroots campaign that encourages consumers to ‘shop local’ and support small businesses.
To take advantage of the national event, which is being held on Saturday 3rd December, Burnham Chamber of Trade & Commerce has compiled a leaflet featuring offers and promotions from town centre businesses to support them in the run-up to this Christmas.
“The free leaflet is available to download here today, Black Friday only, to show some of the discounts, special offers, product launches and promotions which will be available on Small Business Saturday only,” said a spokesman.
“Hundreds of paper copies of the leaflet were also distributed at the Burnham Christmas Lights switch-on on last weekend and further paper copies will be available from town centre businesses next week.”
The free leaflet provides offers from a wide selection of Burnham’s town centre shops and businesses.
It has been compiled by Burnham-On-Sea Chamber of Trade with the support of Positive Wealth Creation Ltd.
