Burnham-On-Sea’s MP has presented a young pupil from Brent Knoll School with a certificate after she was named one of the winners of a regional art competition.
Year 4 pupil, Amber Garvey, entered a contest organised by MP James Heappey to design a Christmas card and had her entry highly commended.
The MP presented her with the certificate and a framed copy of her festive scene, as pictured here.
Mt Heappey praised the colourful winning entry and the overall standard of cards across the Wells constituency, adding that there are plenty of very talented young artists.
