Dozens of members of Burnham-On-Sea’s Inner Wheel group attended a successful hog roast on Saturday (May 3rd) to raise funds for the town’s BARB Search & Rescue.
The Inner Wheel organised the event at Retreat Caravan Park, which was attended by 100 invited guests.
BARB has been chosen by the group’s President Debbie March as its charity of the year during her year in office.
“We were delighted with the turnout and it was great that one of BARB’s hovercrafts was also able to come along with some of the BARB crew. I would also like to thank Retreat Caravan Park for their sponsorship,” said Debbie.
