Burnham Police ask residents: Have you seen this stolen motorbike?

-

Burnham-On-Sea Police have appealed for the residents’ help in finding this eye-catching customised Harley Davidson motorbike.

The striking black and white bike was stolen on Saturday May 3rd at about 6.45pm. It was parked in a lay-by area just above the last tourist shop and caves in Cheddar Gorge – and could be in the Burnham area.

“The bike was parked with others and secured in the same way. The riders were only away from the bike for a short period,” said a police spokesman.

“The bike stolen is a unique, customised machine. Its number plate is X37 DCA. We believe there may have been a number of people in the area at the time of the incident that may have information to help our enquiries.”

“We would also appeal to local motorcycle dealers to be on the lookout for the bike.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at Burnham-On-Sea on the force number 101, quoting the reference 44098/14.
