Wassailing ceremony to be held in Brent Knoll tonight (Saturday)

Cider lovers in the Burnham-On-Sea area will be able to wish good health on apple crops for the coming year during Brent Knoll’s wassailing event on Saturday (January 21st).

The centuries-old tradition of wassailing will take place at events across the Burnham area.

Brent Knoll’s West Croft Cider Farm will hold its wassailing evening, with a torch-lit procession, on Saturday 21st January from 7pm. Tickets are priced at £11 with accompanied children under 14 free.

Entrance will be by ticket and will include a glass of mulled cider, plus free samples of a selection of the farm’s ciders.
