With Burnham-On-Sea’s annual Folkfest finishing last year, the team is setting up a new, one-day festival this autumn to be known as BOSfest.
Taking place on 9th September 2017, the event will feature a wider range of music and there will also be children’s entertainment and comedy throughout the day.
The organisers have launched a competition to find a new logo design and welcome entries.
“Stylised as ‘BOSfest’ – keep it nice and simple – it will be printed on everything we put out,” said Tanya Dyer.
“It will be included on social media, the website and printed on T-shirts and any other physical merchandise produced for the festival.”
The competition started on Monday, and final entries need to be submitted by 27th February one of three routes: email at bosfestburnham@gmail.com, Facebook or physically at The Ritz Social Club.
