A group of Burnham-On-Sea artists are to hold two events this month where residents can pick up advice and learn more about their work.
Emerging artists Elaine Amos, Terry Payne, Jane Sanders and Irene Kerr are holding an exhibition 10am-3pm from Tuesday to Saturday throughout June in the Arts Lounge at The Princess Theatre in Princess Street.
They will also be holding a ‘Meet The Artists’ event on Saturday 14th and 21st June when some of the participating artists will be in The Arts Lounge from 12pm – 3pm.
“There are more than 20 participants who are all students in local art classes – some have been painting for many years and exhibit their work elsewhere while others have only recently taken up their brushes,” spokesperson Sue Hammond-Lovatt told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“The work explores a wide variety of themes and ideas in a variety of media and most of it is for sale at affordable prices.”
