Highbridge residents have a new place to buy takeaways following the opening of a fish and chip shop.
Morland Fish and Chips has been opened by the owner of the neighbouring convenience store Best One, Kirubakaran Parameswaran, on Morland Road in the town.
A spokesperson from Sedgemoor District Council said: “Sedgemoor warmly welcomes the investment in Morland Road, and are pleased that residents and visitors have another choice for take-away in Highbridge. We wish this new business venture much success.”
