Burnham-On-Sea enjoyed its hottest day of the year so far on Friday (June 20th) as the hot spell of weather continues.
Temperatures in Burnham reached a current peak for this year of 24.7°C (76.4°F) at 3.21pm.
The Met Office says the hot spell is set to continue until the middle of next week with further hot temperatures on the way.
Today – the Summer Solstice – will be fine with long sunny spells through the day in Burnham, with only a slight risk of an isolated shower. It will be remaining warm, with winds staying light.
