Police closed off Burnham-On-Sea’s Rosewood Avenue for several hours on Wednesday (June 25th) after a two-car collision.
Police were called to the accident at the junction of Rosewood Avenue and Love Lane shortly after 3.15pm.
“The road was blocked while emergency services were at the scene. One female patient was taken to hospital by ambulance as a precuation,” said a police spokeswoman.
Police diverted traffic around the scene and the road fully re-opened at around 5.30pm.
