Places are available for the colourful Burnham-On-Sea Rainbow Run which is set to return to the town’s beach this Spring.
Burnham-On-Sea RNLI is bringing back the event on May 28th after its debut last summer. Over 300 people are expected to take part in the 2017 event.
This year, the RNLI says it hopes to make it even bigger – and messier – with even more paint!
Every entrant will get a T-shirt, a medal and their own bag of paint for the start line included in their entrance fee.
This year’s event on 28th May will start at 2pm and participants can enter online here.
Alternatively you can contact the organiser, Lesley Hart, on 07854 087742 or via email at rnli-events@outlook.com.
Tickets are £6 per child, £12 per adult or a family ticket (2+2) for £30.
The event will be working with Ripple Events this year and Tori Taylor from the Burnham Boot Camp will lead the warm up session.
Organiser Lesley Hart says: “Sign up now to avoid disappointment as tickets are selling fast and there will be no entries allowed on the day. This is a great family event organised entirely by local volunteers.”
The event will raise funds for the RNLI lifeboat station in Burnham-On-Sea.
