Burnham-On-Sea’s Ritz Acoustic Club will tonight (Thursday) play host to up-and-coming West Country group The Sound Of The Sirens.
The trio will be performing a gig at the Ritz Social Club in Victoria Street from 8pm.
“Having met while working in an Exeter nightclub, Abbe Martin, Hannah Wood and Lisa Eyre decided to form a group and, with their fierce spirit, sweet songs and imaginative use of melody and rhythm, they are quickly becoming one of the region’s most sought-after acts,” the Ritz Acoustic Club’s Dom Wills told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“They create some of the most beautiful harmonies you’ll ever hear. They combine the folky tunefulness of Mumford & Sons with the rocking soul of KT Tunstall’s Black Horse And The Cherry Tree.”
Tickets will be available on the door, priced at £4 each.
